	IMPORTANT PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY
	The final day we can accept registrations, is Thursday May 6, 2010. Registrants will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. All registration forms must be accompanied by a cheque in the correct amount promptly sent by mail to the address below. Registration may be carried out online with a cheque sent immediately after by mail, or download the registration form and mail with the accompanying cheque to the address below. For cases when it is too late for mail delivery, please drop off the fee to the address below or bring the fee with you at set up time. Projects will not be placed on the floor until the fee is paid. A flat fee of $20 will be required for each project registered. Transportation to and from the Showcase venue at Oak Hammock Marsh Interpretive Centre is the responsibility of the respective schools. Set up for projects will take place 5:30 to 8:30, Friday, May 7th. The supervising teacher is responsible for arranging the return of student(s) and their projects to the school following the judging. Adult supervision is required for all students under 18 years of age.
